The 2026–2027 Hudson Valley Puerto Rican/Hispanic Youth Leadership Institute (PRHYLI) is now accepting applications!
✨ FREE • 30-HOUR LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
Give your student the opportunity to:

✔️ Network with peers & community leaders AND visit multiple college campuses
✔️ Learn parliamentary procedure & debate real bills
✔️ Visit the New York State Assembly
